Dave Tu
PresidentWith over 20 years of finance, sales, operations, and leadership experience, Dave is responsible for leading DCL Logistics during this transformational time. Dave has led different areas including Operations, Sales, and the Print Division. He became President in 2014.
Brian Tu
Chief Revenue OfficerBrian brings over 20 years of sales and sales operations experience and now leads DCL's sales, marketing and client service areas. Brian joined DCL from the digital media industry, most recently from Medium, where he ran their revenue operations business.
Seth Pinegar
Chief Financial OfficerWith over 20 years of experience in finance, Seth is responsible for financial planning, analysis and accounting. He began his career in investment banking with JPMorgan and UBS, and since 2008 has held relevant operational roles.
Shahid Masood
VP of Technology and AutomationShahid has over 20 years of diverse experience in computers, control systems, manufacturing, retail and distribution. He develops systems and processes at DCL using state-of-the-art technologies that meet the needs of our clients and organization. He is the architect of our leading technology platform, eFactory.
Victoria Maddux
VP of SalesVictoria brings over 25 years of experience within the 3PL space, including supply chain management, logistics, client services and sales. She maintains strong partnerships with our current clients, improves sales strategy to achieve revenue goals, and helps bring new clients into the family.
Paul Shoup
VP of OperationsPaul ensures a paramount customer experience through execution compounded by Lean-6Sigma, and process adherence to the ISO 9001 standards.
Mike Schneider
VP of Operations & TransportationWith over 40 years in the supply chain industry, Mike focuses on lean approaches to storing product and processing orders as well as efficient methods for transporting goods. He is responsible for making sure that the warehouse is operating to meet the daily demands of our customers.
Mannix DeLeon
Director of OperationsMannix is responsible for the direction and coordination of the Ontario Distribution Centers. His focus is on the DC’s growth through excellence in operational execution as well as associate and leadership engagement.

Director of Client ServicesJohn has a rich background of leading customer experience teams for tech companies in Silicon Valley. He is passionate about understanding and improving the customer experience.
Alan Nakasato
Directory of Quality Management and Regulatory ComplianceWith over 14 years at DCL, Alan directs DCL’s corporate Quality Management System and shepherds its ISO 9001:2015 certification. His role includes development of best practices and procedures which minimize errors and enhance customer satisfaction. Alan's responsibilities include research and implementation of regulatory requirements, specific to various customer concerns.
