If you have not noticed this, we need you to know that there is a significant issue with our order connection at this time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We were alerted to the issue at 5:30am PST this morning and are working on a resolution currently. We do not have a definite timeline for this resolution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What we know so far<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All orders imported <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">before<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> June 2nd, 2021 at 5:30am PST this morning are still being fulfilled as usual.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We currently cannot receive any orders, this includes EDI, Shopify, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eFactory is currently down.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fulfillment side of our operations is working fine; orders that were in the system before 5:30am PST are benign fulfilled and shipped out.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is not a security alert.
