The company has been operating as a standalone business since DCL\u2019s acquisition of the company in 2010, but will now migrate to DCL\u2019s technology platform, WMS and shipping platforms.<br \/>\n\u201cWe believe there are untapped opportunities as the parent company, DCL Logistics, independently services over fifty clients in the consumer electronics, consumer goods and medical industries.
