Partner
Jon Zimmerman brings 20 years of experience in the self-storage and warehousing industry. He is the creator of the innovative concept of ReadySpaces and launched the first location in the San Francisco area. Jon focuses on long term strategy and direction, as well as developing new opportunities for the business.

Kevin Petrovic

Partner
Kevin Petrovic is a seasoned entrepreneur who has overseen operations and real estate at several previous ventures, where he has also raised substantial venture funding. He primarily focuses on business strategy and expansion.

Joshua Schreck

VP Operations
Joshua Schreck helps ReadySpaces overcome the challenges faced in the day-to-day business operations. With his diverse background, he is a recognized expert in business processes related to start up management and process control.

Widad Atto

Senior Financial Controller
Widad Atto is responsible for all the financial aspects of the business including producing investor reporting and collateral. She also performs other financial analysis, and designs and executes financial processes.

Operations Manager
Ben Parvis has over 15 years of marketing and operations experience, primarily in start-ups. Ben assists in overseeing the daily operations throughout ReadySpaces.
