Miles leads development of the Polaris Pacific Report,� a monthly market-intelligence report that tracks the sales prices and absorption rates of new residential condominiums in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Silicon Valley, Phoenix and Oakland/Emeryville. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Miles was a research analyst at the Mark Company, a San Francisco�based brokerage firm, and at Market Profiles, a market-research firm based in Southern California.
Irina has both academic and professional experience in research and data analysis and uses this experience to provide detailed analyses for Polaris Pacific�s research reports. Her areas of expertise include statistical programming, data management and research. She has also worked in economic consulting and financial industries. Irina has a master�s degree in economics from San Francisco State University and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis.
Erik is responsible for producing research for consulting engagements and the Polaris Pacific Report,� a monthly market-intelligence report that tracks the sales prices and absorption rates of new residential condominium residences. He has prior professional experience in data aggregation, analysis and modeling. Eric received his undergraduate degree in quantitative economics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Lexi conducted outreach for a community land trust in Los Angeles. She earned her bachelor of arts at UC Berkeley.
