In her role as the on-site liaison between Polaris Pacific�s clients and home buyers, Kathryn guides the consumer experience to promote each project�s unique selling points and to generate increased sales. Kathryn received her bachelor of arts in business studies from the Lancashire Polytechnic Institute in Preston, UK.
Shannon has experience working in the client-services arena for many successful projects in San Francisco and Oakland, including SOMA Grand, 555 Bartlett, Uptown Place, Blanc and Linea. She has managed the upgrade preparation and delivery of over 600 residences, generating millions of dollars in gross upgrade sales. Shannon�s expert communication skills facilitate a seamless experience for home buyers as she guides them through the upgrade and escrow processes.
Chelsea Cox joined the Polaris Pacific team as part of the design team at San Francisco�s premier condominium community, LUMINA. Chelsea is responsible for project management and assisting buyers with selecting their Design Center finishes. Her role at Polaris Pacific is ensuring that the Design Center operates efficiently and profitably while providing a white-glove buyer and seller experience.
Margaret brings more than 20 years of experience in the design industry working with national real estate developers. Her expertise ranges from luxury high-rise residences to single-family homes and commercial properties. At Polaris Pacific, she integrates current design trends into attractive layouts for individual home buyers and works as a client intermediary for developers. Margaret holds a bachelor of fine arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
A California native who has lived up and down the coast, Omar has a passion for real estate that is reflected in his degree in urban and regional planning from San Francisco State University. He combines this with an extensive, professional sales background of luxury brands, including Rolls Royce, Bentley, Ferrari and Maserati. Omar offers an awareness of local real-estate-market trends and citywide policy planning, and an in-depth understanding of economic indicators.
Cara Mia�s background and passion in both the fields of real estate and design meld perfectly for her role. She curates the overall aesthetic of the interior design of construction projects and leads homeowners through the build-out process. Her unique approach is a blend of psychology, design, construction and real estate development. Cara Mia began her career in the furniture industry and went on to receive her California real estate salesperson license.
Christine leverages nearly 20 years of Bay Area local, national and international experience selling, managing and executing creative client-centric solutions for interior-design-oriented retail, media and technology companies. She serves the unique design requirements of her homeowner clientele throughout the upgrade and escrow processes. Christine earned her bachelor of arts in international affairs from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
Bernadette is an established professional with 13 years in the industry. She�s well versed in the many facets of residential real estate, from new construction to the more traditional resale domain. Bernadette is skilled as a Design Center manager, transaction coordinator and salesperson with a deep understanding of the sales psyche as well as a strong respect for contractual details.
