Located in revitalized downtown Los Angeles, 1020 S. Figueroa is situated across from L.A. Live and Staples Center. Hazens, a real-estate-development company focused on the gateway markets of Shenzhen, China, and Los Angeles, California, appointed Polaris Pacific as their real estate consultants for the Luxe City Center Hotel site, which will feature 650 proposed condominiums, 80,000 square feet of commercial space and a 250-room hotel. Polaris Pacific will work alongside Hazens to evaluate and optimize the development. This will include a design review and recommendations, branding strategy and insights, and overall market positioning.
