

Oakland is home to a number of high profile developments in addition to Brooklyn Basin, reinforcing the City’s appeal to capital allocators.
65-acres will be completely transformed, welcoming more than 3,000 residences, 32 acres of parks and open spaces, restored wetlands, a new marina and 200,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space.
Signature Development Group of Oakland and Beijing-based Zarsion Holdings Group are leading the transformation of Brooklyn Basin as partners. Developed over a period of ten years, this large-scale project emphasizes sustainability, open space creation and sophisticated residential design.
